Perpetuate the Pattern!

 

For over 80 years, BLC has been the home to thousands of young women. This continues to be possible today thanks to the commitment and support of our alumnae, their family and their friends.

Gifts to the Brown Ledge Foundation may be designated to one, or allocated between both, of the following two funds: *

Mr. Mac Operational Fund - Donations go toward expenses above and beyond those covered by tuition -- primarily those related to renovating facilities and purchasing new equipment -- in order to help assure the quality and future of Brown Ledge Camp's operation and its programs.

Marjorie P. Brown Scholarship Fund - Donations support tuition assistance to deserving young women who could not otherwise afford to attend Brown Ledge Camp.

 *certain annual campaigns will have additonal funds to choose from (ex. 2012 Barn Renovation).  

 

 

Please consider participating in our annual campaign. There are many ways to donate to the Foundation.

* Credit Card Donation

* Gift of Securities

* Gift In Honor or In Memory of someone who is important to you

* Planned Giving Circle - Join other alumnae who have placed themselves in the Planned Giving Circle by leaving a bequest to Brown Ledge in your will. Or you can name Brown Ledge as a beneficiary of a revocable trust, life insurance policy or retirement plan. You may find that the tax advantages of a bequest permit you to make a significantly larger gift than you had thought possible.

* Grants through Family Foundations or Philanthropic Trusts

* Matching Gifts from your employer

For your convenience, credit card donations may now be made online.  Other gifts may be mailed to The Brown Ledge Foundation, 25 Wilson St., Burlington, VT 05401.
